The Service Starters program is $2,850 (inc GST), paid as a single payment. It's invoiced after your introductory call and is due before your first Saturday session. This policy sets out how refunds work.
If you attend your first Saturday session and decide the program isn't for you, tell us and we'll refund the full $2,850 — for any reason, no questions asked. Email hello@servicestarters.com.au to request it, and we'll refund to your original payment method as soon as practicable, usually within 14 days.
If you show up to every Saturday session, do the work between them, and still haven't landed a paying customer by your fourth and final session, Nik will keep working with you one-on-one for another 30 days, at no extra cost, until you do. This is additional support rather than a cash refund.
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those consumer guarantees apply in addition to anything set out here.
